The Butterfly Park, Bannerghatta National Park, Bangalore
Creating an artificial enclosure for a million colorful butterflies within a thickly wooded and virgin national reserve forest was not a simple task.
Sensitivity to the external habitat and the eventual inhabitants threw a lot of challenges in terms of choice of materials and methods of construction.
The end result is a very unique habitat for hundreds of species of rare butterflies from around the world appreciated by hundreds of visitors every day.
