A project for TATA Consultancy Services, this 0.3 million sq. feet project houses the TCS Banking Solutions development center including a high-tech client interface facility and is located in Whitefield, Bangalore, India.
The SYConE scope of work included civil, electrical, HVAC, BMS, Interior, Landscape, Structural Glazing, FPS, DG / UPS, Data & voice & PHE works.
Pre-construction activities included tendering, evaluation of bids & recommendations.
SYConE has largely been responsible for Management in terms of Time, Cost, Quality & Safety.
